This policy applies to situations where Ventur Tekniska AB ("Ventur", "we", "us" and "our") processes personal data.
Ventur processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the following principles.

2.1 Personal data
In this policy, the term "personal data" or ”personal information” refers to information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a person (i.e., a human being).
2.2 What personal data do we collect?
We are transparent about how we collect and process personal information. Ventur collects only personal information that is necessary, relevant and not superfluous for the purpose for which it is intended. We collect your personal data when you:
- are employed at Ventur Tekniska AB
- apply for a vacant position or express your interest in employment at our company
- act as a contact person for a company that we have a business relation with
Such personal data may consist of, for example, the following information: name, phone number and e-mail address.
Ventur has the policy of not requesting sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic information, religious beliefs, criminal past, bodily or mental health or sexual orientation, unless there are legal grounds for this in the event of recruitment or employment.
2.3 The purpose of processing personal data
When you contact us via our website, by phone, letter or e-mail, you can be registered as a contact person at the company you represent. If you participate in surveys, search for vacant posts, submit interest requests for employment with us, or want to be contacted by us, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which you submitted it. We do not use or share personal data in a way that is incompatible with the original purpose for which they were collected unless the following consent has been obtained. It is our goal to collect personal information only with your knowledge or consent.
2.4 Your rights
Upon request, Ventur shall remove any identifiable information or personal data from its systems, records and archives. If and when personal data is processed, Ventur undertakes that personal data are not retained for longer than is necessary for the purposes of the treatment. If Ventur becomes aware that personal data previously transmitted is no longer accurate, Ventur shall correct, block or delete such personal data upon request.
Please note that there may be limitations by law and other provisions that affect your rights above.
2.5 Transfer of your personal information
Ventur will take reasonable steps to ensure that transfers of personal data to third parties or abroad are consistent with the purposes stated for the individual and the contractual obligations that apply to such personal information.
We may provide your personal information to other entities within the Venture Industries Group in order to convey information to you that may be of interest and for conducting market or other investigations. Personal data may also be communicated to other entities within Venture Industries Group and third parties in order to respond to your requests, as part of a business transaction such as a sale or handling of returns.
Personal data may be disclosed in cases provided for by law or regulation. We also reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to transfer or process your personal data to defend Ventur's legitimate interests, in cases of litigation or criminal proceedings.
If we decide to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize our business, this may mean that we transfer personal data to potential or actual buyers and their advisors, or receive personal information from sellers and their advisors.
2.6 Information integrity
Ventur will take reasonable steps to verify that personal data are relevant, correct, complete and current for the purposes for which they are to be used.
Because there are always risks associated with disclosing personal data, whether by phone, over the Internet or otherwise, and since no technique is completely safe from hackers or other manipulation, Ventur takes appropriate technical and organizational information security measures to prevent and limit such risks.
2.8 How long are the data stored?
Ventur will take reasonable steps to preserve personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. We retain personal data for as long as we need to fulfill our commitment, i.e. meanwhile we have product liability or are bound by law to keep your information.
2.10 Employee responsibility to comply with this policy
Ventur's employees are required to comply with this policy.
2.11 Communication, education and awareness
Ventur communicates continuously, educates and works to raise awareness about the processing of personal data.

Ventur quality checks the effectiveness of its personal data processing program. We conduct ongoing evaluation to ensure compliance with this policy.
Violations of this policy should be reported via appropriate channels. Reporting can be done anonymously and without risk of reprisals by Ventur at any time. In the event that a so-called personal data incident would occur, Ventur will report this to the control authority of GDPR and the affected persons.
